Account Info
The ‘Account Info’ section contains your account information; Login and
password, Cover Sheet, Billing and Preferences.

Login and Password
Login and password tab allows you to change the following:
- Username
- Password
- Password reset questions and answer
Username
The username is the login ID for your account. It is a unique name for
your account.
To change your Username:
- Click on the Account Info button.
- Enter the new username.
- Click the ‘Submit’ button directly underneath the reset options.
Be sure to write down the new username. If you forget your
username, contact technical support.
Password
The password is used to access the account. Your password is case
sensitive and can contain number, letters and symbols.
To change your password:
- Click on the Account Info button.
- Click on the ‘Password <<Click here to change>> link.

- The Change Password page appears:

- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click OK to implement the password change.
The next time you login, the new password is required.
Password Reset
To change your Password Reset Question:
If you forget your password, you can reset the password by properly answering
the password reset question. You select the password Reset question and provide
the answer in your Account Info.
- Click on the Account Info button.
- Click on the pull-down arrow in the Automatic Payment Info box. A
list of Password Reset questions appears:

- Choose the question with an answer that you are most likely to
remember and is unlikely to be known by a stranger.
- Enter the answer to your Password Reset question.
- Click the ‘Submit’ button located at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: if you forget your
password, go to the account login page and click on the “Forgot Your
Password?” link. The Password Reset Question page appears with your selected
question. When you correctly answer the question, you will receive an email
to complete the password reset. The password reset does not reveal your
current password.

Preferences
Preferences option with the ‘Account Info’ section allows you to alter
settings associated with your account.

You can change:
- Maximum Attempts that the fax will try to send if there is
an unsuccessful attempt.. The default number of fax attempts is 4.
- Send Me Email Notifications When an Outgoing Fax Has Completed (either
successfully or error) – if turned on, the user will receive email status
notifications when an outgoing fax job has completed.
- Email to Fax Code:
- Allow Sending Faxes via Email so you can fax using your
email in addition to using the web site to fax.
- Code to include in Email is the security code to ensure that the proper
account is used for email to fax
- Email Notifications:
- Send Email Notifications When an Email Link is Claimed is used as a
return receipt if you send a file using the account email send feature.
- Email Notification lists displays the email address when new faxes will
be sent. You can add/delete address by clicking on the modify list link. You
can have up to 10 email addresses.
- Incoming Documents:
- Allow documents to be emailed into your account. You can send your
account an email with a file attached and the attached file will appear in
your Inbox.
- I do not wish to receive incoming fax will turn off your account to
all
incoming faxes.
- Incoming Faxes Will be Stored and Delivered as: allows
you to choose the file format for incoming faxes, PDF or TIF. PDF is the
default.
- New Fax / Email Document Arrival Preference: You have different
options to be notified of a new fax arriving or a document emailed to your
Inbox. The default is to send the fax an attachment to your email. You can also
change the option to a direct link (web link to the file stored in your
account), password protected direct link, an email with no attachment or direct
link or no email notification
- Send New Fax as an Attachment to Email Notification - if turned on
the new received fax email notification will contain a fax in PDF format as
attachment.
- Send Notification of New Fax Without Attachment (you have to log into
your Fax Inbox to view the Fax) – if turned on user will receive notification
when a new fax arrives without a fax in PDF format as attachment.
- Send Notification of New Fax with Direct Link – if turned on the
new received fax email notification will contain a direct link to the received
fax.
- Send Notification of New Fax with Password Protected Direct Link – if
turned on the new received fax email notification will contain a password
protected direct link to the received fax. The password is the password created
when you turn on this notification. The password is not your account login
password
- Do Not Send an Email Notification when a New Fax Arrives - if turned
on user will not receive notification when a new fax arrives.
- Display Fax Number of Fax Cover Sheet: The fax number
that is displayed on your account coversheet on outgoing faxes. Some account
may allow for a second number that will receive faxes in the same account.
Email Notification List
Add/Change Email Notification List
Incoming faxes propagate an email as a notification. More than one email
address can be set for notifications. Up to 10 email addressed can be entered
for fax notifications. To set more than one email address for notifications:
- Click the “Modify List” link. The Email Notification window appears.
- Type in the email address you wish to add to the notification list.
- Click the ‘Add’ link to add the additional email address. The new address is
then added to the list of recipients.
To delete an email address, click the Delete button against it. The email
address is deleted and the notification list is updated.
Cover Sheet
The cover sheet tab displays your contact information when you send a
document. The cover sheet information is valid when sending a fax and when
sending an email link.
- Click the ‘Cover sheet’ Tab

- Make any alterations to sender details.
- Click ‘Submit’ to save changes.
Billing
Billing contains information pertaining to your account billing information.

The ‘Billing’ section allows you to:
- Change Plan. Click on Change Plan link in the Subscription Plan
section, and in the pop-up window select the new subscription plan. Here you can
also specify new storage level. When you change a plan, the new plan billing
cycle starts at the time of the change. Your account will pro-rate the usage and
time left in the current billing for a credit. If a credit exists, the credit
will be applied to the new plan. Once you change a plan you are not able to
revert to the old account plan except by changing your plan again.
- Change Payment Info. Click on Change Payment Info link in the
Payment Information section. You are prompted to enter your login password for
security reasons and the credit card information.
- View Total Charged. Click on More Info link in the Total
Charged This Month section, and view information in the pop-up window.
- Add Credit. Add fax page credit to your account. Fax page credit is
used when you run out of page or are faxing international. Your account can
auto purchase fax page credit if you account needs it. You typically do not
need to manually purchase fax page credit.
- Remove Number - Removing the number is only necessary if the second
number on your account is not longer needed and you wish to stop billing
for the second number.
- Remove Fax Inbox - clicking the ‘remove fax inbox’ link will remove the
fax inbox from your account. The inbox is free with accounts and stores
incoming faxes. The storage time is unlimited and last for as long as you
have the account.
- Remove Filing Cabinet - Removes the filing cabinet from your account.
The filing cabinet can store any type of file online. The filing cabinet
also stores your digitized signature and files that you email through your
account.
- Filing Cabinet Usage: Change Plan - Here you can specify storage level.
There is a free storage amount and you can change the storage amount by
purchasing additional monthly storage.
NOTE: if your account is in the
trial period, you have an option to set your account live. Setting your
account live will end your trial period and start billing your account. This
option is only available during your trial period.
