Add Credit

Adding Fax Page Credit to your account is necessary when you run out of the account pages that are included with your subscription or if you are faxing to an international location (Outside of the US or Canada). Your account will auto purchase the minimum fax page credit needed for faxing by the preferences setup in your account by default. There is not a need to add credit manually if the auto purchase preference is turned on.

To add credit:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the ‘Billing Section’ of ACCOUNT INFO.
  3. Click on ‘Add Credit’.

  4. Choose how much you want.

    NOTE: to get information about International Fax Page Cost, click on the International Pricing link.
  5. Click 'Ok'.

You can also purchase fax page credit using the shortcut add credit link in the upper left corner in your account. The new credit will be automatically transferred to your TrustFax account and you will receive an email receipt for the purchase.

NOTE: remember, additional page credit never expires. The used portion is carried over to your next billing cycle.
