What is an Internet Fax Service
Internet fax service allows you to send and receive faxes without
you having a fax machine, phone line or fax phone number. Our
service provides you the capability to send and receive faxes using an
internet connection and your email.
Besides sending and receiving faxes, your account has many included
options to offer you ways to manage and send faxes and documents
online. A brief list of the included features are:
The subscription plans are based upon the type of fax number,
(toll-free or a local number) , the number of included fax pages for
sending and/or receiving faxes and the billing cycle period(monthly or
yearly). You can choose a plan that fits your needs whether you are an
infrequent faxer, small or medium business or a high volume faxer.
There are no setup or activation fees. The price for the subscription
plan is the total cost. There are additional options available if you wish
to purchase, such as additional fax pages beyond the included fax pages in

You can change your subscription plan at any time. Your account is
prorated when you change and any credit issued is applied to the new
plan. Changing a plan from one toll-free number plan to another toll-free
number plan will not change your fax number. Only the billing date and
amount charged changes. The same is true when changing a local number plan
to another local number plan.
The local fax number is the location of your fax number and does not
restrict where you can send and receive faxes. You are not charged extra
to send faxes from outside the calling area of the local number as long as
it is within the US and Canada. You can receive faxes from anywhere in the
world using the included pages in your subscription plan.

setup, activation or page charge for receiving a fax on a toll-free
number. Your included account fax pages are used to receive faxes.
