International Faxing

Your account allows you to send faxes outside of the US and Canada. The included pages within your account can be used to send to any fax number in the US and Canada.  To send faxes abroad, you need to have fax page credit. You can purchase fax page credit manually or your account can purchase the minimum specified fax page credit needed to send the fax. Unused fax page credit rolls over to the next billing cycle. Besides International faxing, fax page credit can be used for additional fax pages when your account runs out of account pages.

How To Send International Faxes

You send the fax in the same manner as sending a fax to a destination in the US and Canada. But the dialing prefix is specific to identify the fax as an international dialing.  To dial internationally you must prefix the USA international dialing code to the number: 011. 

If you were to send the fax to Manchester England you would use the following format: 011-44-161-123-4567. The fax number breaks down as:

011 = USA international code
44 = UK national code (see the Dialing Codes And The Rates)
161 = Manchester code
123 - 4567 = rest of number

 

Key thing to remember is that ALL international numbers must be prefixed 011 followed by the country code and phone number.
