Address Book
The address book allows you to:
- Store the details of all your contacts, including name, fax number, email address and company
- Save time by directly faxing or emailing documents to your contact from the address book interface with one click
- Assign contacts into groups – useful for faxing the same document(s) to multiple recipients in one send

To view your Address Book, select it from the navigation bar on the left. In the pop-up window that appears you see the Address Book options:

The toolbar of Address Book allows you to:
Create/ Edit/ Delete Contact Groups
Create Groups
To create new group click on
button in toolbar. In the form that appears specify the parameters of group, and click 'Ok' button.
Edit Group
To change group name, double click group's name on the left side of the page.
Delete Group
To delete group select it in the list of contact groups, click on
button in the toolbar, confirm your wish in the pop-up form.

Create Contact
To create contact click on
in the toolbar. Specify the needed information and click 'Ok'.

Edit Contact
To edit contact click on it's name in the list.
Delete Contact
To delete contact tick off it in the list of contacts and click on
button.

Confirm your wish in the pop-up form by clicking 'Ok' button.
Assign/Unassign The Contacts to/from the Groups
Assign Contact to Group
To assign the contact to the group select the contact, click on
button in toolbar.
In the form that appears tick off the needed group.

Unassign a Contact from a Group
The same process is for unassigning, but button
is available only inside the group.
Email/Fax to the Contact
You can fax or email to a contact or a group. To email/fax to the contact tick off the needed contact, and click 'Email to' or 'Fax to' button, according to task you need to perform.
If you wish to send to a group, click on the group name and a list of the
contacts assigned to that group will appear. You can select individual
contacts or click the all contacts check box next to the First Name heading.
In the pop-up window appears the ‘Send Fax’ dialog box, the ‘Fax to’(or ‘Email to’) field is auto-populated with the chosen contact's fax number.
Click the Fax to or Email to button to populate the send page with the fax
or email address.
Access the Address Book from the Send page.
After you click
the Send button in your account, the send page appears. You can access the
address book by clicking on the fax to or email to button from the send
page. Y
- Click on the ‘Fax to’(or ‘Email to’) buttons in the 'Send Fax’ dialog box.

- In the pop-up window with Address Book choose the needed contact information.
- Click on the ‘Fax to’(or ‘Email to’) button in the Address Book toolbar.

The fax number (or email address) will appear in the ‘Fax to’(or ‘Email to’) field of the ‘Send Fax’ dialog box.
Import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook
Your Address Book allows you to import contacts from Microsoft Outlook.
You will need to export the Outlook contacts before they can be imported
into your Address Book.
Export Contacts from Outlook
- In the Outlook File menu, select "import and Export." menu option
- Select "Export to a file" option from the list and click "Next"
- Choose either "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" or Comma Separated
values (Windows)" file type and click "Next"
- Select "Contacts" from the list of folders to export and click
"Next"
- If you wish to change the name or path of the export file, the
next page will allow you to do so.
You will need to import the contacts list that you created from outlook
into your account.

- Login to your account and click on Address Book
- Click on Import. The Address Book Import windows appears
- Click Browse to locate the export file created on your computer
- Highlight the file and click open
- The path to the file appears in your Address Book Import page.
Click import contact list to import the contacts into your account
