To send faxes abroad, you just have to top up your additional fax credit from the billing section of your TrustFax account.

Regular pages included with each plan can be sent and received within all USA and Canada area codes but cannot be used to send international faxes.

How to send international faxes

Additional pages sent and received within the USA and
Canada are charged @ $0.10*

  • Login to TrustFax
  • Go to the 'Billing Section' of 'Account Info'
  • Click on 'Add Credit'
  • Choose how much you want.
  • Hit 'O.K.'

The new credit will be automatically transferred to your TrustFax account.

Remember, additional page credit never expires. You can also use it for domestic faxing if you run out of monthly pages.

Keep it on tap for overseas faxing and as a 'buffer zone' should you have a particularly busy period but don't want to upgrade your plan.
